GROUP KASHER PROFILE

Group Kasher Corp., a US offshore international company, was established to implementate humanitarian/social/low cost/economical/high standing housing and insfrastructures projects in developping/emerging countries, offering best designs, competitive prices and the most practical payment terms.

In response to the accurate need of housing and community equipments (clinics/schools/clean water/elctrification-energy sources/raods etc) in developping and emerging countries, Group Kasher Corp – USA has established partners/subsidiaries for the implementation of housing and community equiupments/roads projects worldwide.

Among other, we welcome Benin Government 5,000/13,000 housing programmes of which a trenche of 600 houses has been allocated to our subsidiary Société BENIN KASHER Sa(BK), a Real Estate Developper, as indicated in the attached Certificate from Benin Ministry of Housing and confrrmed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs to international Institutions and her representation abraod among which Benin Embassy in USA. The BENIN KASHER Sa realizations are attached herein.

The company is pleased to introduce some of its innovative subsequent services related to the housing project that she is offering :

 

  • Providing minimum acomodation to young families and elderly people ;
  • Infrastructures, roads, water, electricity, drainage and sewerage are provided within the areas to be developped ;
  • Payment terms ot beneficiaries : in instalments over 5-7-10-15 years or a lump sum at end of the contract ;

With regards to performance guarantee, BENIN KASHER Sa has partner with AGETIP BENIN, a sub-contractor, while Group Kasher Corp USA would offer her US expertise/Consulting to manage and put Benin projects in control of all the housing project expenditures worlwide.

AGETIP BENIN is known throughout the trade as a reputable World Bank and International Funds sub-contractor in Benin, namely USAID, UNDP, FED, FIDA, BOAD, FNUAP etc.

Benin Treasury has offered her assistance to cover the repayment guarantee schemes from beneficiaries with the cooperation of Ministry of Finance Institutions like CAA on viable housing projects trenches...

In addition to the above mentionned services, the company Group Kasher Corp. has initiate the possibility of extending the housing project in group for countries, i.e. building housing for workers of the 15 African members of ASECNA (Civil Aviation Security company) by finishing that of the ASECNA BENIN workers’ houses in the framework of the Benin 600 Housing project.
